This circle pendant, an JMS original design in collaboration with Wild Carrot Hairwork, features your horse's hair braided into a small rib chain braid and set into small channel circle pendant with a cover plate. It is made of de-ox sterling silver, but is also available in 14k Rose, Yellow, and White Gold.
This pendant is a fraction of the size of other heart keepsakes currently on the market. From the top of the bail to the point of the heart is approximately 25mm and 18mm wide.
It has the option to be hand engraved with an initial on the front cover plate, or a name on the back.
Engraving Font Options: up to 10 letters (contact for a quote on more letters)
Roman, Block, or Script
You have the choice to add a 1.5mm wheat chain or rounded box chain to your purchase. Available in lengths 16,18, or 20 inches.
Hair Requirements: Please send a bundle of mane or tail hair the width of a pencil and at least 10 inches long. For photos of width, please see the link: Hair Guide. It is very important that the majority of the bundle you send is the requested length, not just a few end pieces.

Each keepsake will come in its own package ready to be enjoyed or gifted.
Items are handmade and may include minor imperfections.
All horsehair keepsake sales are final. Bracelets are made to the measurements and fit that you specify, please take care to measure correctly. Jennifer Metesh Studios is not responsible for shipping to and from the studio if adjustments need to be made.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Horsehair jewelry pieces are custom made to order and require 3-4 weeks to produce before shipment. 6-8 weeks to produce if products are made of gold. Items may ship earlier.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
Horsehair Items are shipped USPS Priority unless another carrier is requested by the customer.
ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
If you need to make a change to your order, (shipping address, product quantity, or product), please contact us as soon as possible at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com so that we can make adjustments. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify or cancel your order before it ships.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please me at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com.
Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at jennifermeteshstudios@gmail.com to let us know. Please include photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise and packaging for our reference.
For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or repair the order at our expense.
RETURNS
All custom horsehair items are nonrefundable.
