Sending Your Horsehair:
Remembering to send your hair promptly allows Jennifer Metesh to stay on her creation schedule and keep adequate supplies in stock. You will be provided with a courtesy email the first of the following month to remind you to send your horsehair. If hair is not received within 30 days of that email, you will be given a final courtesy phone call to remind you to ship your hair. Do Not Ship Hair Wet! Wet hair can develop mold and I will not work with moldy hair due to health risks.
If You Decide to Cancel Your Order:
~ You have seven business days to cancel your order for a full refund.
~ Between seven business days and your final courtesy phone call, your order is eligible for a 50% refund should you decide to cancel.
~ You will be provided a final courtesy phone call to remind you to ship your horsehair one month after your email reminder. If Jennifer doesn't receive communication from you within one week of that phone call, your order is no longer eligible for a refund and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to remember to ship their horsehair.
Cancelation policy is at the discretion of the artist and is subject to change.
Turnaround Time
You have read the “Turnaround Time” page and acknowledge that these items are handmade and take time to create. Jennifer Metesh strives to produce items in an efficient timeframe, but you acknowledge that her timeline may have to be flexible due to circumstances within her own life.
Items Are Made To Order
All custom horsehair items are nonrefundable. Bracelets are made to the measurements and fit that is specified on the order, please take care to measure correctly.
Braided Bracelets can be made smaller, but they cannot be made bigger. If they need to be made bigger, you will have to purchase a new bracelet and have it remade.
Jennifer Metesh Studios is not responsible for shipping to and from the studio if adjustments need to be made.
